Do Create clear statements on promotion and tenure, strengthen the departmental voice in the faculty reward system, monitor and improve educational quality, create a service learning strategy,. lead curriculum renewal, provide vision, and inspiration.

Be: A leader, create a culture of learning, create a culture of good practice, be collegial and collaborative,

People: Create a collaborative model for leading academic change, handle resistance. Giv e faculty ownership of technological change in the department,

Resources; Access, and share resources.

Integrate: Integrate withing professional practice.
